Andreas Götz, our Head of Sales and Marketing, started working at Core-Backbone nine years ago. He is responsible for sales and marketing as well as purchasing for customer projects. His activities include presenting products and services as well as understanding customer needs in order to offer target-oriented solutions. He represents the company at trade events and congresses as well as to the press and authorities.

Jana Rippberger, our employee, completed her Bachelor’s degree as well as her Master’s degree in Business & Management at the SRH-University of Applied Sciences Heidelberg.
Through practical work, she gained her first experience in the company and got to know valuable contacts as a graduate. Since March 2020, she has been working for Core-Backbone GmbH as Head of Finance and Executive Director.

How well was she able to apply everything from her studies in practice? She is happy to share her experiences.

Max Heinze is employed as an apprentice IT specialist for system integration. This summer he celebrated his first anniversary at Core-Backbone. As a system integrator and member of the support team, Max is responsible for direct customer service.

Max also looks after several areas in our data centres. He carries out technical installations on devices and repairs them when necessary. As well as this, he also takes care of the cabling of devices in the data centre.

Benjamin Weik, our Head of Development started working at Core-Backbone 14 years ago. His activities include the management of software development/ application development and the internal infrastructure. He leads the development team and is responsible for ensuring that our software development tasks are implemented on time and projects are completed successfully.
