Three days ago, we celebrated International Women’s Day. On the 1st of March Jana Rippberger had her second anniversary at Core-Backbone. What combines these two occasions? The fact, that women are playing even bigger role in IT-branch.
Feminine support improves creativity and strengthens cross-communication between teams. Women often have other approach than men, so they thinking in another way can score some points. That affects positively a company and the whole IT-branch.

On the other hand, Nuremberg is also very charming and amazes me every time. I feel very comfortable, and I have settled in quickly, also Core-Backbone’s team helped me with it.

What challenges awaited you as a young manager?
I have the chance of being able to work round to things slowly. Still, you have to prove yourself and gain the necessary acceptance, what not always can be easy. I believe it’s crucial to create your own leadership style. I see that as the biggest challenge, however at the same time very motivating for me.
We would like to thank Jana very much for her strong commitment and for her willingness. We wish her many more great years at Core-Backbone GmbH.
