After six months at Core-Backbone, we spoke with Daina. Daina is responsible for housekeeping at our company. In this interview, she tells us about her start at Core-Backbone, the challenges she has overcome, and what she particularly appreciates about Core-Backbone.
– How did you find your first six months at Core-Backbone?
Very good, but also intense. The move meant a lot of new tasks. But I settled in very well.
– Do you feel well integrated into your team and the company?
Absolutely, I was accepted from day one.
– Do your tasks meet the expectations you had before you started?
Yes, all my expectations have been met.
– Do you feel that your strengths and skills are being put to good use?
Yes, 100%.
– How do you feel about the working atmosphere and corporate culture?
The Core-Backbone team is great and open to questions. I feel that I am in good hands with the team.
– What has surprised you most positively in the last six months?
The friendliness, the good relationship between employer and employee. You’re not labeled as the cleaning lady. I really enjoy working for and with Core-Backbone and hope to be with the company for many years to come.
