According to CEO and founder Daniel, there wasn’t really a single moment when it became clear that “things were getting serious.” But when the first major clients started reaching out, it became clear what expectations were on the table. Enthusiasm turned into responsibility: It was no longer just about a passion for technology, but suddenly also about binding SLAs, well-thought-out redundancy concepts, clean BGP rules, comprehensive monitoring, and true 24/7 availability.
This step marked a turning point. It prompted us to set up our processes and the entire infrastructure professionally.
