– How have you experienced your first seven months at Core-Backbone?
As someone new to the industry, the first few months were incredibly exciting and full of learning. Every day brought something new to discover — from technical processes to teamwork.

– Do you feel well integrated into your team and the company?
At Core-Backbone, I felt welcome and included right from the start. That’s mainly thanks to my colleagues, who made my onboarding process incredibly easy. 🤩

– Do your tasks meet the expectations you had before starting?
From the very beginning, I was able to take on my own projects and responsibilities. That really helped me settle in quickly and provided many valuable learnings.

– Do you feel that your strengths and skills are being well utilized?
Yes, absolutely. I can tell that I’m trusted and that I can apply and further develop my strengths in a meaningful way.

– How do you perceive the work environment and company culture?
Whether at team events or during after-work barbecues, it’s always nice to spend time with colleagues outside of work. This sense of togetherness is something truly special at Core-Backbone.

– What has positively surprised you the most in the past seven months?
I’ve had the chance to meet many great people and gain insight into a completely new industry. What makes me happiest is that I continue to learn something new every day and can constantly grow.
