As our network grew, off-the-shelf solutions eventually became insufficient. At the same time, it became increasingly important to spread the growing workload across more people.
Step by step, we either expanded existing tools in targeted ways or developed our own solutions from scratch, tailored precisely to our needs and providing a noticeable reduction in the daily workload for the NOC.
The result: less time spent, a better overview, and significantly fewer sources of error.
